On the first level is a Large King master BR and bath with plenty of closet space and a balcony off the bedroom. The 2nd bedroom is a Queen bedroom with a separate bathroom, with a brand new curbless walk-in shower. There is a private in unit laundry room on this level also.

The next level up has a huge living room with 3 sofas, a dining table and full kitchen that opens to the dining area. A 65" smart TV, antique wood mantle and fireplace, and French doors that open to a patio that lets in lots of natural light and ocean breezes. An air mattress may be used on this level if needed.

One more level up and there is an amazing roof deck with ocean breeze and views, plus a dining table, couches, sun lounge chairs and a propane grill with 360 views of all of LA!

Full private unit, all yours for your stay. It is 1 of 3 units in the building. Half of the roof deck is yours exclusively (and all of what is shown in the photos), the other upstairs unit has the other half of the roof (not shown in photos). The patio is for the downstairs unit and you will share the walkway to the walk street (if you'd like, you can also just go the other way to the beach).

You will have total privacy in your space, and we are reachable for any questions you may have.

1/2 Block from one of the best beaches in the world, a 2 minute walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars but on a walk street in the quiet residential section (half mile from the boardwalk) also across from the beautiful tranquil Venice canals. Friendly, artsy and beachy, one of our best treasures.

This is a great walking area for most things. Most people rarely use their car if they have one, and ride share is also very easy from here. There are several bike rental places on Washington St 2 blocks away if you want to grab a cruiser or e-bike and head up to Santa Monica, the boardwalk or just enjoy the 22 miles of beach path right outside the door!

If you have a car, there is 1 parking spot in the driveway here (it’s tight though so if you have a large vehicle it is easier on the street). There is ample free street parking just outside the door on Pacific St, no permit required and you can leave your car as long as you like (check signs, avoid any red curb and note Mon / Tues am street cleaning).
